VTCLA offers the opportunity to become a member of our organization for a very reasonable fee that buys you a lot.
District Membership dues for the 2011-2012 year are $400. This entitles all employees and staff of the purchasing Supervisory Union (or single school district) to attend the year’s sessions at a discounted rate.
Individual Membership dues, for those working as consultants or in other non-institutional roles, are $100 per year. This entitles the individual to attend the year’s sessions at a discounted rate.
Session fees for members (for food and space) will be $35 per session or $175 for all the sessions. Our ability this year to send invoices is limited and we encourage everyone to pay upfront if at all possible.
Non-members: VTCLA welcomes non-members to our Sessions as well. The Non-member fee for each meeting is $100 each (which includes the Session Fee). Please bring or send a check.
** Please note: a non-member is any individual who has NOT paid for an Individual Membership and is NOT employed to work for a paid District Member.
You can join as a member district ($400) using one of the following methods:
- Signing up on our website
- Bringing a check or PO# to the first meeting in September.
- Sending a check or PO to:
VTCLA c/o Carole Freeman, Ph.D. Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment Washington Central Supervisory Union 1130 Gallison Hill Road Montpelier, VT 05602
Pre-registration is required for all members and non-members at least seven (7) business days before any meeting. Meeting fees must be paid through a PO# online when pre-registering, or by check or PO# at the meeting. PLEASE consider your pre-registration a firm commitment to attend. If you cancel within 7 days of the event or you do not attend, you will be charged a fee to cover the costs incurred.
